Core capabilities include AI-powered workflow recommendations (task templates, dependency predictions, and priority scoring), automatic routine task automation (rule-based triggers and scheduled jobs), resource allocation optimization based on skills and availability, and predictive analytics that estimate timeline risk using historical project telemetry. The integration with Gemini provided contextual suggestions for task descriptions, acceptance criteria and sprint planning. Security, logging and an extensible plugin model were included so the product could be adapted to enterprise processes. The product reduces planning overhead, surfaces risks earlier, and helps teams focus on higher-value work through automation and recommendations.
